- Exchanges & Returns must be made within 30 days.
- Use original carton if intact. Wrap well and tape securely.
- Inside the package, include the exchange I return form provided below. If you do not have your original shipping document, please print and complete the exchange/return form (Click here to download). Please note your order number and the quantity being exchanged or retumed and the reason for the exchange/ return. Please use the reason code chart on the return form. **Remember to Include ALL pieces of the Item ordered.
- To exchange the returned Item(s) or to order other Items, please use the order form below.
- Address your package by affixing the exchange / return label with clear tape or glue.
- Return this product via UPS or US Mail and insure It for your protection.
- We will do everything possible to expedite delivery of your exchange or refund. All credits or refunds issued are returned to the original form of payment used on your order.
- Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your merchandise, Inspect It. and process your exact request In accordance with your written Instructions.
- All retumed or exchanged diamond merchandise will be checked and quality inspected to ensure stones are the original diamonds and have not been tampered with or replaced.
